2. I know there is a difference between UV-A and UV-B, but what is it?

Ultraviolet rays are made up from different components, including UV-A and UV-B. The UV-B rays, a more powerful tanner than UV-A
is known to cause sunburn. A small dose of UV-B is essential to induce the pigment-forming cells to start producing melanin. UV-B also ensures a
thickening of the skin providing optimum protection against the rays from the sun (also refer to FAQ 3 and 12)
