During pregnancy women produce a hormone with a pigment-activating effect (chloasma). Some pregnant
women therefore react differently to solar rays than they would normally. Keep a close eye on the
skin and avoid UV-rays in case of hyper-sensitivity. Solar rays are not harmful to the unborn child.
